The ICT Hub was established i 2017 under the then Governor Nasiru Elrufaiand is managed by Nasiru Ibrahim.The Kaduna Digital Incubation Program (KAD-DIP) which is run in the facility is under the leadership of Engineer Lawal Abdullahi.
The Hub teaches 21st century digital skills to a wide range of groups ranging from literates to illiterates across both genders.Engineer Abdullahi noted that the hub would be a major driver for the expansion of the Kaduna Incubation Program.
